Peter’s capacity to support and challenge his clients is built upon 25 years of senior executive experience across a diverse range of industries
in both the public and private sectors.
In his coaching practice, Peter draws on his detailed understanding of leadership development, commercial expertise and coaching methodologies to help executives develop their capabilities to achieve their business’s priorities and goals and align with their personal concept of leadership. The strategies and support for each coaching assignment are tailored to meet the specific needs, goals and aspirations of each executive.
As a professional certified coach with the International Coaching Federation, Peter has over worked alongside senior and high potential executives for over 2,500 hours, helping to develop their leadership capacity, strategic insight and personal effectiveness.
Peter is proficient in the application of various psychometric assessment and profiling tools including Hogan Lead, 360 degree feedback, VIA signature strengths and emotional intelligence. He has a particular interest in positive psychology and also recently completed studies with the Neuroscience Academy, further to his formal qualifications in social work and business management.
